Advanced CranioSacral Therapy is a powerful technique that uses energy to enhance and guide physical manipulation to release the fascia--the connective tissue sheaths that support and define the positional relationships of the body's organs, bones, muscles, and other structures. It connects us to our body's core wisdom, and releases restrictions or blockages, restoring freedom of energy, movement and/or emotion. Sandy Hanne, an Upledger teaching assistant and Reiki master, has been a CranioSacral Therapist for six years.
