I am a Naturopath with over 25 years experience. I specialize in Neuromuscular Therapy and Nutritional Therapy. I see people of all ages and states of health, from people suffering with arthritis, fibromyalgia, chronic fatigue, migraine, neck and back pain and low energy to professional athletes trying to improve their health and performance. I also have consulted on major motion pictures in order to keep actors in excellent health and fitness under very demanding schedules.
In the evening I teach Tai Chi classes both privately and in small groups. I trained directly with Grand Master Cheng Man Ching for over 10 years and have been teaching for over 30 years. I also trained in Yoga with Swami V. S Bua who today is over 118 years old and is still teaching in the school that I established for him in New York. I have also lectured at and set up Stress Reduction Programs for the Washington Post Newspaper and The Library of Congress. I also served on President Reagan's Inaugural Committee.
