As your doula, my job is to make sure i'm available to you whenever labor starts. As i'm sure you know, babies come when they want to, not when it's convenient. Because of this, I will be available to you 24 hours a day (via phone) beginning 2 weeks prior to your estimated delivery date, until labor starts. Of course, if you go into labor early, you'll need to call me so I can meet you wherever it is you may be delivering.

During labor, I will assist you with natural pain management through counter pressure, meditation, massage, and/or whatever options you prefer. My goal is to make sure you are as happy and comfortable as possible.

I am certified hypnotist, certified HypnoBirthing Practitioner and Certified Anger Coach. I help people with weight management, Smoking, Stress, Sleep, Anger, Childbirth, Work and Sports Performance.

We are a full circle doula service offering emotional, informational, and non-medical support to expectant women and their families prenatally, during the labor/birth process, and postpartum.
