H.E.A.R.T. is a spirit guided healing session which combines the principles of Reiki and Ho’oponopono. As a healing facilitator, Joy enters into an empathic resonance with her clients to create an amplified field of energy during which she, along with her clients, releases limiting beliefs, fears, blockages and un-necessary conditioned programming. As the old energy is released, it is replaced with the energy of Love, the highest energy in existence, empowering clients to live fully and love freely with health of mind, body and spirit. It is Joy's belief that when we assume responsibility for our well-being, as is done in H.E.A.R.T., we enable our souls to come fully alive, assisting, healing and guiding us in every area of our lives.
